Digi Tech 2021

My names Evan, i'm a year 9 student at Hornby high school, and I enjoy playing video games and playing rugby or league, I've got a lot of good mates and enjoy doing things with them. I'd like to learn coding because I find it fascinating. 

In the last 3 weeks in Digi tech, we have been doing a lot of work on Code.org Nitro Type and typing.com. 2 of those games are to increase your typing speed, which will help you make your game/app 10x faster knowing all your typing keys. There is a coding game where you programme Steve to collect his objective and here is one of the scripts

Some of the activities we've done have been creating an info graphic about how to make an app good, by being cultural appropriate, and making it good by add things that would draw people in and download the app, use the app, and give feedback.

I really enjoyed doing it, and i'm exited to learn much more about Digi tech.

Arthritis Research

 What is Arthritis?

Arthiris is a joint disease that makes your joints to swell, stiffen up and cause pain in joints.

What are the symptoms?

Swelling, stiffening, pain in joints

What causes it?

When your body's immune systems attacks the tissue of body. 

What can help it? Treatment? 

There are no cures for it, but there are treatment that can slow it down.

Is clicking your fingers bad for you?

People think that cracking the bones in your fingers cause arthritis but it doesn't.

In digital tech we have been learning about game/app development, so we created a poster discussing what you need/don't need. Like Cultural respect or is it accessibility. After doing this we move past introductions and move on to creating.
