Hangi

On Friday we are having a Hangi, so the teachers gave us a sheet to do. It had 4 different question to answer. I completed all of them. I had to use my prior knowledge because I didn't have time to research. I've helped my papa and dad with a hangi before so I know quiet a bit about a hangi.

What are the steps to make a hangi?

  1. Prep the veges
  2. Dig the hole
  3. Put the stones/irons in the hangi
  4. Add dry wood in the hole
  5. Light the wood on fire
  6. Put the food in 3 hours later
  7. Put dirt over the sack that the food is in
  8. Let it cook
  9. Take the hangi baskets out
