Pita Pockets

In Home Economics we created Pita Pockets. Pita Pockets are a cut open pita bread stuffed with things of your choosing, like chicken, ham, vegetables, sauces. For mine I added shredded chicken, ham, lettuce and sauce. They were pretty good. It had a loud crunch from the fresh lettuce, but I think I could have been improved by adding sour cream. I came across a problem during the start, I accidentally cut the bread in half. I think I can fix that next time by being more careful. Overall I enjoyed the whole lesson and hope to do something like that again.

  1. Hi Evan. A great start with this Blog Post for our Survival topic in Home Economics. Please include the recipe next time.
It's good to see that you have thought about how to enhance the final product eg by adding Sour Cream.
